Job requirements
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across various roles and departments.
Job Posting & Sourcing: Develop and post job openings on relevant job boards, company websites, and social media platforms, while also proactively sourcing candidates through networking, databases, and industry events.
Candidate Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and present the best candidates to hiring managers.
Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
Employer Branding: Promote the organization’s values and culture to attract top talent by maintaining a positive candidate experience and brand image.
Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market salary data, and recruitment best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent.
Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment data, measure performance, and provide regular updates to leadership on key metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
You are a perfect fit if you:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Have preferably one year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar HR role.
Have Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
Are flexible and have strong communication skills.
Are assertive and have strong convincing skills.
Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
Are a team player and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) and Dutch (B2 level).
