Recruitment Consultant

Key responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across various roles and departments.

• Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Develop and post job openings on relevant job boards, company websites, and social media platforms, while also proactively sourcing candidates through networking, databases, and industry events.

• Review resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and present the best candidates to hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.

• Promote the organization’s values and culture to attract top talent by maintaining a positive candidate experience and brand image.

• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.

• Stay informed on industry trends, market salary data, and recruitment best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent.

• Track recruitment data, measure performance, and provide regular updates to leadership on key metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding team needs, developing role-specific hiring plans, and ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment process.

• Match professionals with our open positions and at our clients.

• Map and develop relationships with clients and candidate.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) and Dutch (B2 level).

• Have preferably one year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar HR role.

• Have hands-on experience with 360 recruitment

• Have Experience with at least one applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.

• Are flexible and have strong communication skills.

• Are assertive and have strong convincing skills.

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Are a team player and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

• Have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Are social, approachable and positive-minded.
