Portfolio Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Product development:

• Business Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.

• Framework knowledge: Learn, adopt and develop the Brainboss unique framework and use it to it’s full potential to ensure projects success.

Client development:

• Client Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional value and results.

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop effective content strategies aligned with their goals and projects.

Project development and execution:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute transformative strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Portfolio Management: Oversee and optimize a portfolio on team projects level and on organisational level, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, building stakeholder buy-in and managing resistance while implementing projects.

• Team Development: Mentor, Lead and develop high-performing teams of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Team Leadership: Bring structure to teams, projects, and organisations. Delegate, coach and lead professional to deliver excellent results.

• Project Delivery: Lead and execute complex projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within deadline.

Team Management:

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of at least 3 consultants from various roles.

• Skill Development: Enhance the consultancy skills and roles of team members.

• Team Cohesion: Foster a strong team culture and promote collaboration.

• Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations twice a year for your team and set their individual goals for the next year.

• Bila: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.

You a perfect fit if you:

• Have a higher Education degree (Bachelor/Masters).

• Are Fluent in English (Spoken and written, C1 minimum level), and preferably Dutch.

• Are a Hands-On person. You are used to define strategies, plans and approaches and you are able to put it on paper and bring it to life with a team.

• Have at least 7 years working experience as a consultant in client facing assignments.

• Have minimum 10 years of experience in project or change management, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects and managing complex portfolios.

• Have proven experience in Financial services industry (Retail, Leasing, Insurance, Banking , etc..).

• Have Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps) knowledge and/or certifications.

• Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and teams at all levels.

• Have In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.

• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and mindset.

• Have strong communication and presentation abilities.
