As a Senior Consultant Organisation Transformation, you’ll step into a role where every project has a clear destination and your work drives tangible results. You’ll be part of our Execution Team, working alongside experienced Technical and Lead Consultants and Project Managers. From day one, you’ll dive into meaningful client challenges running interviews, analysing business‑critical data, crafting sharp insights, improving the governance and steering progress through portfolio tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients in structuring and optimising their project and portfolio landscape, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategy and deliver measurable value.

• Set up and improve PPM governance, including decision‑making frameworks, prioritisation cycles, and portfolio reporting.

• Lead project and portfolio analyses by conducting interviews, mapping processes, assessing maturity, and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Translate strategic ambitions into a clear, manageable portfolio, helping organisations choose what to start, stop, or accelerate.

• Support clients in implementing our project approach, ensuring clarity in scope, planning, risks, and stakeholder alignment.

• Facilitate portfolio reviews and steering sessions, enabling leadership teams to make informed decisions based on transparent insights.

• Use PPM tools and dashboards to create structure, track progress, and drive accountability across projects and portfolios.

• Coach project teams and PMOs in adopting new ways of working, strengthening delivery capability, and embedding portfolio discipline.

• Collaborate with Brainboss colleagues to deliver high‑impact transformations, combining analytical sharpness with hands‑on execution.

• Contribute to the growth and development of the Brainboss practice by supporting internal initiatives and sharing your expertise.

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the client journey and strengthening long‑term partner relationships alongside your project work.

• Collaborate closely with your Brainboss colleagues to continuously improve our methodologies, tools, and ways of working.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Have at least 8 years of professional experience in IT project delivery, ideally within a Statement of Work (SoW) environment

• Are fluent in both Dutch and English (minimum C1 level)

• Have a higher Education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) from a recognised university.

• Have proven track record in facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and conducting end-user training

• Have Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in project build, test, and launch phases

• Have strong background in business analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions

• Have solid understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles

• Are proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Are analytical, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Are Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Are knowledgeable of SAFe practices (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe Product Owner, SAFe for Teams) and are willing to acquire relevant certifications.

• Are willing to learn and acquire Atlassian Admin certifications and Accreditaitons.
