Key Responsibilities:

• Business Needs Detective: Deep dive into business needs from various sources, actively collecting diverse requirements.

• Solution Architect: Research alternatives, advise, understand, design, and update processes alongside your team and engineering colleagues.

• IT Integration Expert: Translate business needs into effective and tailored IT solutions.

• Communication Master: Excel at both written and verbal communication, ensuring clear understanding for all stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance Expert: Deliver top-notch work with polished and easy-to-understand documentation and results.

• Agile Champion: Leverage your Agile experience to effectively manage projects within the Agile framework.

• Documentation expert: Develop high-quality documents and presentations that are clear, concise, and polished, regardless of complexity.

• Fast Learner: Quickly grasp new processes, solutions, tools, and products as the assignment requires.

• Coaching & Leadership: Act as a natural coach to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within your team while also taking the lead in a group of analysts or a part of a project.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have higher educational level (HBO/WO).

• Have Business Analysis certifications (BABOK, BCS, IIBA/CBAP, or similar) or a strong desire to pursue them.

• Have expertise in Requirements Engineering and Process Modelling.

• (Preferably) have Agile Scrum Certification (PSM I, PSPO I).

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and preferably Dutch.

• Have a minimum 5-10 years of proven Business Analyst experience, with at least 2 years in a senior position.

• Have a minimum 2 years of experience working with Agile methodologies.

• Experience developing at least three different products with teams.

• Are experienced in at least one area of business (e.g., technology, legislation, product line).

• Product Owner experience a plus.

• Have a background in banking, insurance, telecom, or online retail a benefit.
