Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Program Management: Lead the implementation of technology upgrade solutions, utilizing Agile methodologies to drive multiple projects.
- Tool Migration and Optimization: Oversee the migration of product management tools from JIRA to Azure DevOps, ensuring seamless work management across multiple Agile teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Drive benefit and value realization by collaborating with key business stakeholders to align project outcomes with organizational objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to guide decision-making processes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure that project outcomes are measurable and aligned with business objectives.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks, delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
You a perfect fit if you:
- Have a higher Education degree (Bachelor/Masters).
- Are Fluent in English (Spoken and written, C1 minimum level), and preferably Dutch.
- Are a Hands-On person. You are used to define strategies, plans and approaches and you are able to put it on paper and bring it to life with a team.
- Have at least 5 years working experience as a consultant in client facing assignments.
- Have Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum,OR SAFe, OR PSM I OR PSM II) knowledge and/or certifications.
- Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and teams at all levels.
- Have In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Have proven experience in Financial services industry (Retail, Leasing, Insurance, Banking , etc..).
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and mindset.
- Have strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Have a passion for continuous learning.
