Key Responsibilities

• Deep Dive into Business Needs: Analyze needs from various sources, actively collect requirements, and research alternatives.
• Advise & Design: Collaborate with your team and engineering colleagues to advise, understand, design, and update business processes.
• IT Solution Translation: Transform business needs into fit-for-purpose IT solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Be a strong communicator who excels at working with people and bringing energy to project teams.
• Deliver High-Quality Results: Maintain a high standard of quality in all your deliverables, ensuring clarity and understanding even for complex topics.
• Integration Specialist: Combine information from diverse sources to generate comprehensive recommendations.
• Consulting Mindset: Thrive in client-facing situations and possess a natural consulting approach.
• Fast Learner: Quickly grasp new processes, solutions, tools, and products.
• Quality Assurance Expert: Deliver polished and easy-to-understand documentation, presentations, and guidance.
• Documentation Master: Possess exceptional skills in writing and securing approval for documentation.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have a higher education degree (HBO/WO)
• Have Business Analysis certifications (BABOK, BCS, IIBA/CBAP, or similar) or a strong desire to pursue them.
• Have Requirements Engineering and Process Modelling expertise.
• Agile Scrum Certification (PSM I, PSPO I) preferred.
• Are excellent in written and verbal communication skills in both English and preferably Dutch.
• Have 3-6 years of proven Business Analysis experience.
• Have a minimum 2 years working with Agile methodologies.
• Are experienced in developing at least two products with teams.
• Have at least one area of business specialization (e.g., technology, legislation, product line).
• Product Owner experience is a plus.
• Have background in banking, insurance, telecom, or online retail a benefit.
