Human Resources Internship

Are you a highly organized and communicative individual with a keen interest in Human Resources? We are looking for a talented student to join our HR team as an intern.

As an HR intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will support the HR team in their daily operations, contributing to a smooth and efficient HR process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and welcome activities.

• Contributing ideas for improving HR processes.

• Answering employee inquiries and providing general HR support.

• Assisting with data entry and maintaining HR records.

• Supporting HR projects as needed.

• Supporting the HR team with research for new HR projects which concern employer branding, employee relation and various HR processes.

• Writing communication material related to onboarding, policies, learning & development.
  

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field and are in the last semester of studies.

• Are enthusiastic and motivated.

• Are independent and take initiative, but also social, and work well in a team.

• Are trustworthy and discreet.

• Are available for at least 4 months.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have strong people skills and like to work in international team.

• Are Fluent in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level), Dutch is a plus.

• Have strong organizational and time management skills.

• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
