With your blend of technical acumen and business analysis expertise, you'll drive the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Atlassian tools at the heart of major transformation programs. From enabling smarter collaboration to streamlining delivery, you’ll be essential in helping our clients move faster, work better, and achieve real results.

Working closely with our Functional and Lead Transformation Consultants and Project Managers, you’ll take the lead on tool configurations, data analysis, process tuning, and hands-on training ensuring adoption and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Tooling & Technical Delivery: Configure and maintain Jira & Confluence, including workflows, automations, and permissions. Support testing and tool optimization activities

• Business Analysis & Process Design: Translate business needs into tool configurations and process improvements. Align Tool setups with transformation goals and technical architecture

• Project Execution: Deliver project tasks, including workshops, demos, and technical documentation to teams and clients and ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned work.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and manage expectations, deliver training and create user guides for smooth tool adoption

• Quality, Risk & Improvement: Track risks, ensure high-quality configurations, and support continuous improvement. Contribute to best practices and tooling standards

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Have at least 6 years of professional experience in IT project delivery, ideally within a Statement of Work (SoW) environment

• Are fluent in both Dutch and English (minimum on C1 level)

• Have a higher Education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) from a recognised university.

• Have proven track record in facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and conducting end-user training

• Have Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in project build, test, and launch phases.

• Have experience with Jira plugins.

• Have relevant Atlassian certifications or willing to obtain, e.g. ACP 120, 620, 420, 520.

• Have strong background in business analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions

• Have solid understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles

• Are proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Are analytical, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Are Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Preferably, have Business Analysis certifications such as BCS Requirements engineering

• Preferable, have SAFe certifications (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe Product Owner, SAFe for Teams)
