Brainboss is rapidly expanding. We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and helps reach our goals. Learn from the best, gain hands-on experience, and help us find top talent.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Participate in the initial screening of resumes and applications, and conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries and providing updates on their application status.
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, and best practices in talent acquisition to help optimize our recruitment strategies.
  • Generate recruitment reports to analyse the effectiveness of sourcing methods and track the progress of recruitment campaigns
  • Assist in planning and launching recruitment campaigns targeted to attract and hire high number of applicants.


You're a perfect fit if you:

  • Are a Bachelor or Masters student in your final stage of studying, with a background in Business Administration, HR, communication, sales or related field.
  • Are flexible and have strong communication skills.
  • Are assertive and have strong convincing skills.
  • Are highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Are a team player and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level) and preferably Dutch.
