Lead the way to Efficiency: Senior Atlassian Consultant!

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Atlassian Consultant to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Atlassian suite to guide clients through every stage of their Atlassian journey. You'll become a trusted advisor, translating business needs into tailored solutions that streamline workflows, boost productivity, and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Atlassian Expertise:

• Manage all aspects of Atlassian product implementation and functionality.

• Proactively investigate and develop new solutions using Atlassian tools.

• Translate client needs and opportunities into actionable Atlassian configurations.

Client Engagement:

• Gather and analyse client requirements through active listening and observation.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with Atlassian solutions.

Project Management & Collaboration:

• Manage Atlassian projects effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders (developers, BAs, POs, PMs, etc.).

• Share knowledge readily, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and their integration with Atlassian tools.

• Experience in large-scale Agile environments (20+ teams) is a plus.

• Ability to bring structure and oversight to complex projects.

• Consulting mindset with comfort in client-facing situations.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have a minimum of a bachelor degree

• Are fluent in English and preferably Dutch

• Have 7+ years of experience as an Atlassian consultant or a related role.

• Have proven success in designing and implementing complex Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).

• Have strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

• A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

• A passion for continuous learning and staying current with the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Atlassian certifications (ACP, Jira Administration, etc.) a strong plus.

• PSM I or PSPO I certification
