Brainboss is on the track of becoming a highly recognized consultancy firm with a very unique approach. The combination of using own methods, trainings and IT-tooling, Brainboss is on the breakthrough of becoming a fast growing consultancy firm on an international level.

• Development of training materials of our product and services. Create effective and engaging training materials, such as manuals, presentations, both internal and external.
• Strategic communication and contribution to the development and implementation of communication strategies within a strategic consultancy context.
• Conduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and best practices in training material development.
• Project support. Assist in various communication projects, including but not limited to internal and external communication, content creation, and event support.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Are a student in your last semester of Bachelor or Masters degree.
• Speak, write, read Fluent English (C2 Level) and preferably Dutch.
• Have experience and are familiar with the terminology and concepts relevant to the strategic consultancy field.
• Have strong writing and editing skills. Ability to create clear, concise, and informative training materials.
• Have strategic thinking and understanding of strategic communication principles and their application in a consultancy setting.
• Have knowledge of training methodologies Familiarity with different training formats and delivery methods.
• Are a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues on project.
