HSQE Internship - ISO 9001 Certification Project

Are you passionate about quality management and looking to make a real impact? Join our team as an HSQE Intern and play a key role in helping our organization obtain ISO 9001 certification. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and implementing a Quality Management System aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and documenting quality procedures, policies, and manuals

• Support in identifying process gaps and proposing improvements aligned with ISO 9001 standards

• Participate in internal audits and risk assessments

• Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for ISO awareness across departments

• Work closely with various departments to ensure QMS implementation and compliance

• Support the certification audit preparation, including evidence collection and audit logistics

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Are a Bachelor's or Master's student in your final stage of studying in Quality Management, Safety & Environment, or a related field.

• Are fluent in English (C1) and preferably Dutch.

• Are assertive and have strong communication and analytical skills.

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Are a team player and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

• Have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Are looking for an opportunity to boost your career.

• Are social and positive-minded, Self-motivated and organized.

• Are familiar with ISO 9001 and quality systems (prior coursework or projects is a plus)
